                                   2017 Memorial Day Weekend Wye Island Rendezvous &
                                                    19th Annual Summer O-Limp-Ics
                                     COME BY LAND OR BY SEA (bring your dinghy)
                                                BRING YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS
 
WHERE:        Wye Island NRMA Lodge and Facility on Granary Creek
 
COST:             $25 per person ($10 under 12) collected at dinner on Sunday,
​                       Cash or check made out to "EYC" includes George’s Chicken & Beans BBQ
​                        and water on Sunday. Covers weekend rental & use of  facility,
                        pavilion rental, water, ice, games, and prizes.

Saturday May 27
Shore side
Starting at 1400
·         Charcoal, grills and picnic tables available next to Lodge
·         Movie night in Lodge for kids and grownups
·         Time to socialize! 

Sunday May 28   
Starting around 1000
         On the water: Silly Boat Inspection, "Dress" Your Boat
​                       (note: children will be present)
         Ashore: Games for kids and adults: Art event, Nautical Trivia, Knot tying contest,   .Baseball  Toss, Ski Walk, Word Search, Water Balloon Relay
·         BYO Happy Hour in late afternoon. EYC Rum punch available.
·        Under pavilion: BBQ Chicken and Beans & Pot Luck Dinner
·         Awards Presentation and Story-Telling
Volunteers needed to help run games, set up dinner tables, etc., and clean up. 
EVERYONE:  SUNDAY IT’S A POT LUCK with BBQ so bring your best hors d'oeuvre, veggie, side dish, salad or dessert to share
Water provided all afternoon and at dinner
