2017 Planning Meeting Details

The annual spring meeting will take place at: Providence Club House, 260 Providence Road, Annapolis, MD 21409 (Directions by water below.) Happy Hour will begin at 11:30, lunch at 12:30, and the meeting to follow. Lunch will be provided by the Club, as usual, and there will be pulled pork or pulled chicken sandwiches with sides of coleslaw, potato salad, and baked beans. A selection of desserts will also be provided. ***Attendees should bring their own brews and beverages for Happy Hour and a small-portioned appetizer to share during happy hour. Water and iced tea (or similar) will be provided. Remember to RSVP to Scott by Thursday, March 30th and indicate your choice of chicken or pork.
